STEP 7

Step 7 there are only two fields that need to be completed. These fields are for the

complex's administrator, we refer to this person as the admin user. The two fields are

email address and mobile number; these fields require accurate details as an

electronically generated email and SMS is sent to the client with the details of the

website to enable them to login.

Once you have completed the fields and accepted that the organisations details are

correct, you may then proceed to step 8.

STEP 8

Step 8 will reveal all the information captured. Once satisfied that all the information is

correct click, on Finished. This will now create your new customer, this customer is

now uploaded and working.

NB! You will need to log out of the website to enable you to switch to their

database.
